Terms

These are the main points of using Cut Genie, written plainly. Full terms will be published before Cut Genie opens to everyone.

Trial and payment

• Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it. If you cancel before it ends, you aren't charged.
• After the trial your plan renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your content

• Your videos are yours. Cut Genie edits them on your computer and doesn't claim any rights to them.
• You're responsible for having the rights to what you edit and publish, including any music you add yourself.
• Stock footage found by the app comes from libraries with their own free licences; please keep the creator credit the app shows.

AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Cut Genie checks them against what's said in your video, and you can review and undo every change, but please check your video before publishing.
